Air Source Heat Pump
Efficient, low-carbon heating — with up to £10,000 government grant available
Air Source Heat Pump
An air source heat pump (ASHP) extracts heat from the outside air — even in temperatures as low as -15°C — and uses it to heat your home and hot water. ASHPs are up to 300% efficient, making them a far more cost-effective alternative to traditional gas or oil boilers, while producing zero direct emissions.
Benefits
- Significantly lower heating costs compared to gas or oil
- Zero direct emissions — environmentally friendly heating
- Works well with solar panels for even greater savings
- Provides both space heating and domestic hot water
- Suitable for the UK climate year-round
Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS) Grant
The government’s Boiler Upgrade Scheme offers homeowners in England and Wales up to £10,000 towards the cost of an air source heat pump. The grant is not means-tested, and Green Environment handles the full application process on your behalf.
Installation Process
- Free home assessment and heat loss calculation
- Grant application handled by our team
- Outdoor and indoor units installed by MCS-accredited engineers
- System commissioned, tested, and fully explained
- Ongoing maintenance and servicing available
Combine Solar & Heat Pump
Solar panels are privately installed with flexible instalment payment options available. All installations come with a manufacturer product
Installing solar panels alongside an air source heat pump is the most effective way to reduce your energy bills and carbon footprint. Your solar panels generate the electricity your heat pump needs — making your heating essentially free when the sun is shining. Our team can install both systems together with a single visit and a single point of contact.
